Description
This was my first venture with Autodesks SketchBook Pro.
I've got to say, I love it. I love it more than Adobe photoshop for starting a purely digital image. I
don't admittedly know a whole lot about creating digital art, but I do know that SketchBook just feels good. To me it feels a hare more responsive with the tablet, and the tools behave similarly to how they do IRL.
The UI is minimalistic, which I like. Its very clean. But then again I've always enjoyed AutoDesks programs, Namely AutoCAD.
Back to the image, this took about fifteen minutes of just playing. The dragon was sketched out with the pencil tool, colored with the felt pens and the cave and light was just a play with the airbrush.
Just in case you can't tell; the dragon is propped up by the claws on its wings, stretching its forelegs as it woke up from a nap.
